Your team
This role is part of our CRM & Lifecycle Marketing team, who design and implement automated customer journeys and triggers across all lifecycle stages, using CRM and marketing automation platforms to deliver personalized, data-driven experiences that increase engagement and conversion.
Your role in the Team's Success
Your primary responsibility will be to design and scale CRM and lifecycle marketing systems across APAC and Middle East. You will build efficient frameworks for high-velocity campaigns, personalization, and data-driven lifecycle engagement.
What you'll do
Martech Stack Optimization -Streamline martech stack to ensure integration, automation, best-practice utilization (e.g., SFMC, Braze)
CRM Operations Architecture - Design divisional and country CRM op model for efficient campaign orchestration and lifecycle automation
Journey & Trigger Frameworks - Define customer journey and trigger logic aligned to segmentation, with seamless cross-channel personalization
Campaign Operations Model - Build scalable campaign model optimized for speed, reusability, and cost-efficiency across markets
Content Management Systems - Enhance and deploy CMS and modular creative frameworks for rapid, localized content deployment
CRM Instrumentation - Implement instrumentation across campaigns and journeys for full-funnel tracking and continuous optimization
Data Collaboration - Partner with Data & Analytics peers to ensure audience attributes refresh at required frequencies for precise targeting
Governance & Enablement - Champion documentation, upskilling, and operational standards to embed scalable Martech best practices
