We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu to both adults and children, developing curriculum, overseeing competition training, and fostering a community spirit amongst students.


Key Criteria:


1. Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu techniques and a strong understanding of martial arts principles.


2. Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in practicing and teaching Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.


3. Good Attitude: A positive and encouraging approach to teaching, with the ability to foster a friendly and respectful training environment.


4. Pedagogical Skills: Experience in developing and implementing a structured curriculum that caters to different skill levels.


5. Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex techniques in an understandable manner.


6. Leadership: Proven leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire students.


7. Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and age groups.


8. Community Building: Experience in building a strong community spirit and promoting the values of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu.
