& Requirements(Gov project, stable role)Training is provided, no experience is required.Basic Salary $2500 - $4500 + Site Allowance + Shift allowance + Performance Bonus + Other BenefitsResponsibilities: Monitor enterprise IT network and server systems Single point of contact with customers/users, resolver groups and third party service providers Manage incidents/service requests reported by users, track incidents/service requests and ensure closure within agreed timescales Perform Certificate renewal for servers and end users Monitor server's health statusWorking Hours: 12-hours Rotating Day and Night shift work including weekends Work 3 days off 2 days Day shift: 9.00am - 9.00pm Night shift: 9.00pm - 9.00amWorking Location: Near Cashew MRT station NovenaRequirements: Degree/ Diploma/ Higher NITEC in Information Technology/ Computer Sciences/ Electrical & Electronics/ Telecommunications/ Cyber SecuritySingaporeans Only, security clearance required.12C5805, R1101846
