We're Hiring
Ubiquity is looking for a Master Coaching Mentor to join our growing Leadership Development Team in our Taguig Site! Our awesome Master Coaching Mentor will be responsible in guiding operations leaders to provide proper coaching strategies to
achieve target goals.
The responsibilities:

• Immerse himself to Operations as to understand if root cause is being identified appropriately and action plans are followed through when they do their coaching sessions.
• Assist Operations in Employee Development by focusing on bottom performers and helping them reach their KPIs especially Quality and CSAT
• Help guide the development of the Team Leads by providing real time feedback as he conducts triad sessions and observe managers on their Triads with their Team Leads too
• Identify a Coaching Champion per program that we'll set as a benchmark for all
• Team Leads across the program on how coaching sessions must be done

The Qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years working experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor
• Well versed in coaching and different coaching models especially GROW
• Excellent Communication skills and are able to provide impactful feedback
• Keen to details and an expert on Root Cause Analysis and SMART Action planning
• Proven ability to drive results
• Willing to work on a night shift and onsite
