Material Controller

Job Description
- Manage daily delivery schedule with suppliers to maintain production continuity
- Maintain system and record accuracy e.g. inventory, manufacturing schedule, material settings in system
- Work with suppliers for daily shipment scheduling and rescheduling
- Ensure all required shipments arrive on time to avoid any production interruption
- Ensure schedule, reports, and records accuracies
- Liaise with the quality team and buyers for any quality issue which impacts production
- Support new program start-up
- Maintain and control materials to optimum level of inventory & DIO
- Provide support to PC&L manager/supervisor
- Special assignment
- Minimum Diploma in production, IE or BA discipline with 2 to 3 yrs experience preferred
- Experience in mass manufacturing environment production planning
- Some supply chain experience
- Familiar with the use of SAP
