Material Coordinator (warehouse)

Job Description
:
- Coordinate and collaborate with marketing & production departments to ensure efficient flow of all materials.
- Follow up on shipping schedule and evaluate all materials sent to production department.
- Maintain all information for status of materials in master list on weekly basis for marketing team to do replenishment.
- Verify defective materials and segregate them for supplier collection.
- Assist in sourcing price quotations and prepare purchase requisitions/orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Knowledge of MS Office skills & WMS
- Experience in Material Handling & inventory control is an added advantage
- Able to work independently as well as with a team
