Job Responsibilities:

• Perform physical material solutions such as engine spares layout, handling and switching to support production material flow needs in fast-paced business environment under Production Planner\'s supervision.
• Perform material solution database update through SAP and Microsoft Office apps.
• Interact with various functions such as Procurement/Operations/Engineering/Customer Support to execute material solutions.
• Assist Material Coordinator for night shift and ad hoc material readiness needs.
• Support and participate in EH&S, Quality, Ethics and Continuous Improvement projects and initiatives.
• Perform various other duties as assigned by Production Planner/Manager.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or any other related discipline.
• Relevant experience in aviation preferably Part 145 will be advantageous.
• Good team player with effective communication skill, detail-oriented, fast learner, able to work under pressure and excellent time management.
• Good working knowledge in Microsoft Office apps and SAP
• Able to work on weekly rotating shifts: day (0730am - 1635pm) / night (1615pm - 0120am)
• Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
