Job Summary:

• Working location: Pioneer Crescent (Transportation Provided)
• Working days & hrs: Monday - Friday, 8.30AM to 5.30AM
• Salary range: Basic + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Plan material requirements and process purchase orders to support the master production schedule.
• Coordinate delivery schedules of purchased parts to ensure timely support of the production schedule.
• Support month-end closing functions to maintain materials inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate material flow with other departments and work on new material lot qualifications.
• Manage forecast demand fluctuations and analyze their impact on the production schedule.
• Work closely with the Purchasing Team to ensure on-time delivery of raw materials.
• Collaborate with the Production and R&D Teams to ensure sufficient materials for manufacturing needs.
• Conduct monthly cycle counts in collaboration with warehouse staff.
• Prepare FG shipment documentation and coordinate with forwarders on shipment allocations.
• Update shipment status in the customer system.
• Process purchase requisitions and orders for the Purchasing Department.
• Prepare and present weekly reports to HQ (Japan).
• Share forecasts with the Purchasing Department for supplier information.
• Maintain data integrity in all systems.
• Assist related departments with monthly and yearly inventory checks.
• Prepare, monitor, and update FG shipments.
• Ensure compliance with ISO/OSHAH standard procedures.
• Relevant studies in materials or production planning
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Advanced Excel.
