Ensure on time processing & delivery of customer’s orders to meet company’s target.
Communicate with internal parties including Planning, QA and Production floor on daily shipment issues.
Ensure all inventory transaction are updated within timeline and stock accuracy.
Conduct cycle and physical count and rectify discrepancy.
Ensure cleanliness / 6S in the warehouse area.
Review and investigate on inventory discrepancies.
Initiate / improve current Process Improvement and productivity measures on quarterly basis.
Lead and Manage a Team of Logistics personnel to ensure effective and efficient functions of the warehouse operations such as Inventory Control / Kitting / Packing / Storage.
Plan and Schedule daily Kitting of Work Orders / Sales Order to support production and Overseas Customers.
Train and coach New Hires in Work Flow and Standard Operating Procedures.
Assist the Supervisor on the manpower deployment / OT Planning for work orders received.
Work with Supervisor on warehouse storage capacity planning / utilization.
Other duties as assigned by manager from time to time.
