MAIN JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Analysis and study of historical data of raw materials consumption to establish best plan and avoid stock outs.
• Converting purchase requisitions into purchase orders
• Collaborate and negotiate with purchasing and planning departments on priorities and lead times for customers vs suppliers orders
• Responsible for overall master data maintenance in systems associated with supply planning such as lead time, transportation modes, sourcing information, safety stocks, etc.
• Work with HQ on standardization of planning processes
• Provide continual improvement of the supply planning and reporting processes by means of recording and maintaining principal KPI\'s

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma, preferably in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or Supply Chain
• At least 2 years\' experience as supply or production planner
• Microsoft (Excel, Power Point), SAP (PP and MM modules)
• English language - written and verbal proficiency
