Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement purchasing and materials planning strategies to meet production goals and inventory objectives. Prepare and manage purchase requisitions and production orders using enterprise systems. Monitor order progress, coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and adjusting schedules when necessary. Work closely with internal teams such as production, engineering, and quality to address supply chain challenges and ensure smooth operations. Analyse demand patterns and supply risks to support proactive decision-making and business continuity. Uphold adherence to company standards, quality requirements, and relevant regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related field Able to commit to a 1-year contract At least 2 years of experience in planning, procurement, or similar supply chain functions Proficient in ERP or MRP systems and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables) Strong communication and organizational skills; detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure Prior experience in Oil & Gas, Marine & Offshore Engineering is an advantage Singaporeans only need apply
