EDUCATION

QUALIFICATIONS

Ages 25-50
Must be a License Engineer
Minimum experience of 3 yrs as Materials Engineer
Familiar with a variety of Mechanical and Digital tools to identify specific materials problem's root cause and perform corrective steps
Experience with schematic interpretation and materials properties
Knowledge in concrete such as:
Mix Design preparation (normal & special concrete)
Mix design adjustment
Concrete strength analysis
Fresh and hardened concrete sampling and testing
Concrete raw materials testing and quality control
Preparation of test and work method statement (laboratory and site)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Investigate product failures and material problems, testing for and identifying manufacturing issues
Supervise and conduct materials testing and technical processor for the organization
Document and strategize on how to reduce materials and process problems, including researching new materials
Consult on materials choices, process recommendations, and interfacing with external laboratories
Formulate concrete mix design
