Develop, vet, and update teaching materials and Olympiad preparation resources.
Plan and refine lesson content and curriculum to align with competition requirements.
Mark and provide constructive feedback on students' assignments and mock papers.
Maintain and manage student portfolios, academic records, and performance reports.
Build strong rapport with students, parents, and team members to support students' development.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of professional teaching or Math Olympiad training experience.
Passion for teaching and working with children - must genuinely enjoy engaging with young learners.
Strong initiative and self-motivation; focused on continuous value creation.
High standards of work ethic, responsibility, and personal integrity.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal.
Confident in public speaking and facilitating group learning.
Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized.
