Math Tutor (Full-time)

Talent Grooming and Development

This program is designed to empower new educators like you to develop the skills and attributes of an effective teacher. Upon successful completion, you can choose your preferred career track: Curriculum Track: Subject Specialist > Senior Subject Specialist > Lead Curriculum Specialist > Curriculum Director Leadership Track: Subject Specialist > Senior Subject Specialist > Level Head > Centre Branch Director

Working Hours

This is a full-time position but with semi flexi-work hours. Teaching Staff are required to be in the office only when they have classes or to attend meetings and training. Most are clocking around a 24-28 hour workweek in the office, while working the remaining 12-14 hours from home. Typically

• Wed - Fri: 9.30am - 4.30pm and/or WFH
• Sat or Sun: 8.45am - 6.30pm (depending on allocated classes)

Key requirements

\xe2\x9c\x85 Singaporeans and PRs preferred (Quota Criteria) \xe2\x9c\x85 Be passionate about teaching math \xe2\x9c\x85 Sincere in supporting students wholeheartedly to achieve their fullest potential \xe2\x9c\x85 Willingness to be adopt our Centre\xe2\x80\x99s Teaching Methodology. \xe2\x9c\x85 At least a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree from a recognised education institute \xe2\x9c\x85 Positive attitude to learn \xe2\x9c\x85 Team player \xe2\x9c\x85 Good credit in O-Level Math (A1 / A2) or A-Level Math (A or B) \xe2\x9c\x85 Able to commit long-term (3-5 years) to achieve teaching mastery \xe2\x9c\x85 Training programme for fresh graduates are available. \xe2\x9c\x85 The follow prior experience or similar positions is a plus
