Together, we will ensure that our educational objectives are aligned with the latest MOE syllabus and examination requirements, constantly refining and enhancing our approach to meet the evolving needs of students.About Us:We are a growing Math Academy that specializes in PSLE, O & A Level Mathematics. We believe in teaching mathematics as a language, where each concept builds upon the foundations of previous topics rather than as isolated topics. This helps students see how different mathematical ideas relate to each other, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of the subject.We aim to foster mathematical and critical thinking, develop problem-solving skills, and prepare students for future challenges.What You Will Be Involved In:

• Conduct Engaging Math Classes: Deliver dynamic and interactive math lessons aligned with the MOE syllabus to a variety of student levels.

• Monitor Student Progress: Track and assess student performance, providing timely feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.

• Curriculum Development: Collaborate with our team to design and refine math curriculum and teaching materials based on the latest educational trends and student needs.

• Parental Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about their child\'s progress and provide constructive feedback to support their learning journey.

• Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and peer-sharing sessions to enhance your teaching skills and stay updated with innovative teaching methodologies.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelor\'s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a STEM-related field from a recognized institution.

• Passion for Teaching: Genuine enthusiasm for teaching math and a desire to make a positive impact on students\' academic journeys.

• Commitment: Ability to commit for at least 3-5 years, with a willingness to undergo comprehensive training in our proprietary teaching methods. We are looking for someone to grow together with Mathathon.

• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and team members.

• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace culture.

• Experience: Previous teaching experience in tuition centres or MOE schools is an advantage, but entry-level candidates with a strong aptitude for teaching are also welcome.

Remuneration and Supplemental Pay:

• Salary: Starting from $3500 onwards, commensurate with qualifications and experience

• Bonuses:
• 13th Month Bonus
• Special Performance Bonus

Schedule:

• Work Week: 5-day work week (4 weekdays + Saturday)
