Maintain accurate supplier master data, process supplier invoices and payments and accounts payable reconciliation. Process employee reimbursements in accordance with company policy and benefits. Prepare and process month-end journals eg depreciation, prepayment, accruals etc. Prepare reconciliations including bank, balance sheet schedules and general ledger. Follow-up on timesheets for accurate revenue reporting. Assist in preparation of month-end reporting. Assist in preparing GST returns. Assist in year-end external and internal audits. Provide financial information and support to the operation and other internal customers. Any other ad hoc assignments. Requirements : Diploma in Accounting or equivalent. Minimum 3 years working experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an MNC environment. Good Microsoft Excel skills and experience in computerized accounting system. SAP accounting system is a plus. Hands-on and meticulous with an eye for detail. Able to work independently and in a team and meet tight datelines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate across levels.
