Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Site planning, inspections and coordination with consultants, subcontractors & clients on M&E requirements and specifications
• Plan, monitor and ensure work-in-progress at site are on schedule
• Prepare and compile as built drawings for submission
• Coordinate for submission and approval, all shop drawings, samples, coordination drawings and supervision
• Identify discrepancies, assess, and recommend M&E Subcontractors\' claims
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Recognized Degree / Diploma in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Well versed in AutoCAD
• Knowledge of BIM would be an added advantage
• Minimum 2 to 3 years construction trade experience
