M&e Coordinator (civil | 6 Days | West)

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Plans and supervises the M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation, etc.) in buildings and infrastructure construction
- He/She co-ordinates the M&E works with the other ongoing site works.
- He/She supervises contractors and workers to complete the M&E works within the given budget and timeline.
- He/She advises on problem determination and solutions of M&E nature and is the key interface with the other building professionals on M&E matters.
- Interpret technical designs and drawings.
- Manage M&E works to meet project specifications, budgets and timeline.
- Prepare reports to clients and project manager on progress, delays, defects and rectification measures for the M&E works.
- Provide technical advice and resolve M&E technical issues on site.
- Supervise M&E works (e.g. installation of green building technologies, lighting, air-conditioning, mechanical ventilation) in the construction project.
- Willing to work onsite for 6 working days.
- Diploma /Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 10 years of working experience in Singapore as M & E coordinator in large scale building / civil projects with main contractor in Civil Construction Projects.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit or BIM software.
