We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented M&E Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will coordinate and manage all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works for our construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, safety regulations, and project timelines
Responsibilities
Coordinate, review, and monitor M&E works to ensure compliance with project requirements, specifications, and authorities' regulations.
Liaise with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on technical and site issues.
Review M&E drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions to identify discrepancies and propose solutions.
Supervise installation works on-site and ensure proper execution according to approved drawings and method statements.
Plan and monitor work schedules to ensure timely completion of M&E works in line with the project program.
Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of M&E systems.
Resolve technical issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and follow up on rectification works.
Ensure M&E works comply with workplace safety and health standards.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in M&E coordination within the construction industry.
Good knowledge of local codes, regulations, and authority submission requirements (e.g., BCA, PUB, EMA, SCDF, NEA).
Experienced in Auto Revit MEP will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications preferred.
