M&e Designer ($3000 $4000/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: WestResponsibilities
- Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of M&E drawings (Autocad / Revit)
- Design of M&E services for Building projects using Autocad / Revit / BIM
- Understanding Architectural / Technical drawings and translate into design concept.
- To design and draw for Building services, eg Electrical, Air conditioning, Plumbing, Sanitary and Fire Protection services etc
- To develop 3D CAD models and draw 2D detail design drawings, shop drawings and as-built drawings to relevant drawing standards.
- Knowledge in design and building project and relevant code of practice.
- Prepare drawings independently and review own work prior submissions.
- Update and maintain current drawings / documentation.
- NITEC /Degree /Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Building & Construction is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
