Prepare drawings and detailed design documents for preliminary, construction and as-built status by using BIM Modelling, AutoCAD, Revit
Assist Project Engineers and Project Managers at all levels
Remain constantly updated with the drafting technology to maintain technical competency
Explain drawings to Project teams and provide adjustments when is needed
Coordinate and liaise with Engineers in preparation of M&E drawings (Autocad / Revit)
Design of M&E services for Building projects using Autocad / Revit / BIM
Understanding Architectural / Technical drawings and translate into design concept
Coordinating with Project Team, design team, main contractor and consultants
Compulsory this role is required to go to job site to ensure the draft is close accurate
Any other ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Drafter in construction Industry (Equipped with local construction industry will be an added advantage)
Diploma in electrical & mechanical engineering or relevant
2 to 4 years mechanical & electrical drafting/drawing experience
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM software
Able to perform independently under minimal supervision
