M&e Engineer ($3500 $4500/aws/vb)

Job Description
$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Study of construction drawings details and coordinate with the consultants and sub-contractors to resolve any technical/site issues.
- Ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
- Produce M&E coordination drawings and check drawings discrepancies.
- Carry out project planning, design, materials requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Ensure quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with.
- Conduct M&E meetings.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
- Diploma, Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree, Diploma, Degree, Engineering (Electrical), Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in the building construction is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
