About the Roles

Join a leading air conditioning engineering company as an

M&E Engineer

based in

Yishun

. This is a

permanent, full-time position

offering a

competitive salary of up to $4,000

, plus a variable bonus. You'll work a

5.5-day week

(Monday to Friday, 9.00am-6.00pm; Saturday, 9.00am-1.00pm) in a dynamic environment that values technical expertise and hands-on project management.

What You'll Be Doing

Review M&E drawings to ensure alignment with structural, architectural, and client specifications. Supervise project execution, including quality inspections and final measurements. Detect and resolve technical challenges throughout project phases. Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities. Oversee subcontractor performance to meet quality, safety, and timeline objectives. Monitor daily work progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Identify material or workmanship issues, prepare Non-Compliance Reports, and follow up on corrective actions. Conduct on-site inspections to verify compliance with all quality and safety standards. Carry out additional duties assigned by the management team.

What We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years' experience in managing ACMV projects. Possesses or is eligible to obtain a valid

Class 3 driving licence

in Singapore. Proficient in

Microsoft Office

and

AutoCAD

software. Holds a

Work at Height Certificate

(Assessor/Manager).

OFAC certification

will be an added advantage.
