M&E Engineer is responsible for :-

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Attend meetings with client, consultants & subcontractor to ensure that all project requirements are compiled and executed accordingly Able to interpret drawing and identify discrepancies Planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling and coordination of all M&E services To lead a team of supervisors/ electricians/ technicians to carry out their works accurately and timely to ensure that works on site are carried out according to approved drawing Track project status to ensure delivery is on track and provide regular project updates Good knowledge and experienced in building related works such as civil engineering, structural, architectural, building repair, carpentry, partition, renovation will be an added advantage

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must either possess at least a locally recognized nitec/ higher nitec /diploma/ bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering with strong knowledge on electrical installation or Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent. Positive attitude and able to handle projects independently Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Class 3/3A or Class 2,2A,2B license (Possess own transport) Must be self-driven & motivated to perform and deliver service excellence
