About the Roles

We are looking for a dedicated

M&E Engineer

to join an established

air conditioning engineering company

located in

Yishun

. This

permanent position

offers a

5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 6.00pm; Saturday, 9.00am - 1.00pm)

with a

basic salary of up to $4,000

plus

variable bonus

. This role provides a great opportunity to oversee and manage ACMV projects while working closely with a team of industry professionals.

What You'll Be Doing

Review M&E drawings to identify and resolve any discrepancies with structural, architectural, or client specifications. Supervise site activities, including quality checks, progress tracking, and final measurements. Detect and troubleshoot technical or coordination issues promptly. Collaborate with clients, consultants, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project alignment. Coordinate subcontractor work to meet quality standards and project timelines. Monitor and document daily work schedules and site progress. Inspect and report defects in materials or workmanship, submitting Non-Compliance Reports for rectification. Ensure subcontractors' work complies with safety and quality standards. Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

What We're Looking For

Minimum 5 years of experience in managing ACMV projects. Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence (or willing to obtain one). Proficient in Microsoft Office and AutoCAD software. Holds a valid Work at Height Certificate (Assessor/Manager). OFAC certification will be an advantage.
