• Client: MNC, A1 Main Contractor.
• Location: East Area.
• Salary: Based on Qualification, Experience & Capability.
• Remuneration: 17 days annual leave with year-end bonus + VB based on performance.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
• Min 5 years of relevant working experience in the Singapore Construction Industry
• Possess good interpersonal skills and excellent team spirit
• Be assertive, independent, and proactive

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage M&E work onsite.
• Monitor and attend to all inspections of M&E work to ensure it meets the specification.
• Oversee work progress and ensure the project is within the budget timeline/cost.
• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design
• Engineers to issue drawing for approval.
• Resolve technical complications and propose solutions to problems at the site.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Be responsible for the planning, scheduling, controlling, and coordinating of mechanical and
• electrical works.
• Monitor, track, and provide timely project progress reports to the management
• To supervise and control M&E sub-contractors to carry out their work accurately and timely
• Ensure that works on site are carried out according to specifications/drawings.
• Supervise and inspect all mechanical and electrical works to ensure the quality of work.
• Liaise and hold meetings with clients and M&E consultants on technical resolution, inspection & submission
• Ensure that all requirements by clients, Consultants, and relevant Authorities are adhered to and established
• To monitor M&E work documents and shop drawings coordination.
• To provide support and arrange the necessarily required inspections
