Job Description

Responsibilities

• Assist PD/PM in supervising and coordinating all MEP services and complete within the program
• Work and coordinate closely with builders
• Work closely with the clients, consultants, and sub-contractors on technical matters
• Supervise and coordinate M&E services work and work closely with other department staff to meet the project timelines
• Manage M&E subcontractors' submission of method statements, drawings, materials, samples, and work progress
• Ensure of quality of works is achieved and safety regulations are complied with

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
• Knowledge of MEP services and familiar with local code of practice
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of working experience in Construction Industry preferred
• Experience in high rise commercial building / mixed development projects is preferred
