Job Description
We are looking for construction M&E site engineer on a manageral level with Relevant work experience in Singapore.
Job Roles:
Designing and giving advice on the installation of various types of building services such as elctrical points, air-conditioning, ventilation etc. Evaluating tenders received for Electrical works. Prepare bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, material sourcing, measuring and estimating materials and labour costing. Attend onsite and consultants' meetings and liaise with clients, architects and associate consultants in the administration of projects Able to work independently. Experience to lead a team to complete task and projects. Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) & Autocad * Able to work 6 days week, with overtime as and when is needed to complete a job or project.
