Understand contract requirements and M&E specifications in order to monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with project requirements/construction schedule
Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers for drawing issuance
Coordinate and assist site superintendent on installation and maintenance of site utilities services
Responsible for the supervision & coordination of M&E works at project site
Check for discrepancies, defects, inconsistency in drawings
Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance with requirements
Supervise /track on-going site works on Master Program
Assess and verify M&E sub-contractors claims
Qualification:
* Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or relevant disciplines from recognized institutions
