Job Description

Co-ordinates with consultants, sub-contractor, clients and other on all M&E matters, ensuring compliance in requirements, specifications and ensure project is on schedule Maintaining and developing good working relationships with internal and external customers Attend Coordinating Meeting Arrangement of work accordingly to work programs To Manage & Monitor subcontractors works and progress and feedback to Project Manager To supervise & coordinator M&E work on site Local experience in construction industry is preferrable Well versed in Building and M&E Installation Able to plan and handle drawings details Able to liaise with sub-contractors, clients & consultants Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Engineering from a recognized institution Must be Registered Professional Engineer with PEB Singapore/ Specialized Professional Engineer At least 5 years of working experience in Building & Construction * Knowledge in Auto Cad is preferred
