Independent with minimum supervision.
Lead a team of M&E subcontractors and vendors.
Familiar in M&E compliances with codes and regulatory requirements.
Supervise work execution and inspections with the Consultants.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Able to chair and/or attend site progress and coordination meetings, and involve in discussion on all project related activities with clients
Monitor and control project site activities to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
Provide close monitoring and support (including hands-on) of project staff to ensure smooth and effective operation.
Experience in M&E testing and commissioning, and handing over to client.
