Job Description

Coordinate and manage M&E works, including daily activities, project schedules, and budget adherence. Oversee the design and installation of mechanical and electrical systems. Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and communication. Monitor the quality of M&E installations, verify work done by subcontractors, and ensure all work meets company and industry standards. Promote safety in all construction activities and ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, codes of practice, and emergency preparedness plans. Prepare and submit technical documents, including shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions, as well as compile final as-built drawings and operational manuals. Develop maintenance strategies for mechanical and electrical systems, evaluate procedures, and implement improvements to enhance system performance and reliability, especially for rolling stock and equipment.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or any relevant discipline. Minimum 2 years of engineering experience with Recognised Degree in relevant field, and at least 2 years of supervision experience of E&M work in construction site for projects of similar scale and complexity. Good communication, writing & interpersonal skills. Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.
