Job Description
Our Client:
Our client is a Japanese Architecture Firm, involved in several projects stretching across education, factories, healthcare and residential. They are new to Singapore but has a track record of successful projects in Southeast Asia & Japan. They are looking for a M&E Engineer to join their Singapore office.The Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and structural engineer, you will design and supervise the electrical and mechanical equipment of the building facilities
- Propose & design optimal building facilities from the customer\'s perspective
- While proposing optimal building facilities from the client\'s perspective, you will also design environmental facilities such as ZEB
- More than 5 years of practical experience in design & supervision in Data Centre projects
- Ability to use CAD and draw blueprints
- Experience as a building facility engineer
- Smooth communication skills and able to articulate technical knowledge and experience
- Interest in Environmental Design
