Benefits:

0-20% Performance-Based Bonus (PRP) per month 2% Medical Allowance per month

Review and analyse drawings, authority requirements, and tender specifications. Check site installation to ensure compliance with design and relevant standards. Oversee project progress and ensure all works comply with contractual and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants, project managers, sub-contractors, and suppliers. Attend meetings with architects and consultants. Perform other project-related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Possess at least a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering (M&E), or equivalent qualification. Good planning and organisational skills for construction project coordination. Strong communication and writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Project for preparing and presenting schedules. Knowledge of construction and renovation processes will be an advantage. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
