Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Oversee

Plumbing & Sanitary (P&S)

works for construction projects, ensuring compliance with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.

Plan, coordinate, and supervise

M&E subcontractors and site activities to ensure smooth project execution.

Review and interpret drawings

(architectural, structural, and M&E) to identify discrepancies and propose technical solutions. Conduct

site inspections

to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to HDB standards and project timelines. Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and relevant authorities (e.g. HDB, PUB, BCA) for design submissions, inspections, and approvals. Prepare and maintain

technical documentation

, including method statements, material submissions, and as-built drawings. Monitor project progress, handle site issues, and assist in project handover documentation.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree

in Mechanical / Electrical / Building Services Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience

in M&E works, specializing in

Plumbing & Sanitary systems

.

Mandatory:

Hands-on experience in

HDB residential projects

(both new build or upgrading works). Strong knowledge of

HDB technical requirements

, PUB submissions, and authority compliance. Able to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage site operations independently. Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and relevant M&E software. Good communication and problem-solving skills; able to work under tight deadlines.
