As the person in charge, youll help the site manager to provide high quality property management services and plan the site daily operational activities including managing third party vendors (e.g. cleaners, security guards, pest controller, landscapers etc.) to carry out day to day activities. You need to constantly wear your proactive hat as you will be responsible in the sites upkeep and emergency / crisis management planning and execution.Winning Clients trust and confidenceAt JLL, we value client satisfaction above all else and an ideal candidate will uphold this vision. Likewise, youll champion good working relationships with various people such as council members, tenants and your team members.Knowledgeable and ExperiencedDo you have a strong grip of BMSMA related to commercial premise? We are a Two Tier MCST set up and with knowledge on BMSMA will help in your understanding of the various demarcation and requirement set by the various MC and Sub MCs. Do let us know if you have any of these certification FSM, WSH, Green Mark, Water efficiency, WAH, Safety officer etc. This will definitely be a plus point for our consideration.Profession and efficientAn ideal candidate is well-versed in both oral and written communication. Must possess positivity, high integrity and a can-do attitude. Likewise, an excellent Property Executive effectively resolves conflicts while maintaining professionalism in the process. Most importantly, an ideal candidate can efficiently work in a fast-paced environment and has a solid know-how of the most recent technology.
