Plan and prepare work and equipment usage scheduleReport and highlight project-related issues, changes, or delays to the internal project teamEnsure compliance with company policies, workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations, and site environmental standards Prepare and distribute meeting minutes in a clear and timely manner. * Saturday and Sunday work and sometime overnight work.
