Job Description

• Hands on Experience in Electrical rectification
• Working location: Orchard
• 5 days work week including weekends and public holidays
• Salary ranges up to $5000 + AWS + Variable bonuses.
• Experience working in Commercial building
• MNC

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve M&E and building services.
• Review and approve M&E drawings.
• Ensure projects are completed on time.
• Inspect and testing of equipment.
• Providing of electrical repair works when needed.
• Comply with safety regulations.
• Research and design mechanical equipment
• Estimate costs and supervise construction.
• Identify areas for improvement and oversee repairs.
• Supervise contractors and ensure safety procedures.

Requirements

• Min ITE
• Hands on experience in handling electrical issues
• Knowledge of builders\' work and minor carpentry, BAS System, plumbing and sanitary works, Fire Protection and Refrigeration system
• Experience in handling commercial building.
• Applicants must be able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
