M&E Manager - CBD / Commercial Tower [LKH]

Our client is a public listed real estate company that owns and manages a global portfolio comprising integrated developments, shopping malls, lodging, offices, homes, real estate investment trusts (REITs) and funds, as well as new economy assets including business parks, industrial and logistics.
They are sourcing M&E Manager under 6 - 12 month agency contract for Property and Asset Management Team.
Working location: Commercial Tower nearby Bugis
Working hour: 5.5 days, office hour

Responsibilities:

• Working as part of a team and assisting the headquarters portfolio managers, you'll play a key role in our delivery of quality property management services to clients. You'll drive initiatives that help improve our capabilities in achieving the highest service levels expected by our clients. You'll achieve such an outcome by building strong relationships not only with your team members, but also with the property's stakeholders.
• Oversee the safety of occupants by ensuring building is free of hazard. Carry out assessment of the building's M&E systems to ensure they function well. Handling daily operations should follow the relevant building statutory requirements.
• Ensure that your team gets through the daily grind of managing the respective properties. Particularly, you'll be on top of the planning to achieve optimal daily operations--from the basic stuff to the nitty gritty details such as overseeing the maintenance and repair of building facilities such as electrical and plumbing installations. While all these sound like routine on the surface, getting everything in compliance with the relevant building statutory requirements should keep things exciting

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Building, Engineering or equivalent
• Relevant working experience in a similar position
• Experience in property or facility management in retail / shopping mall / commercial environment will be an added advantage
