Our client is a Japanese company and is a prominent player in the construction industry. As their Singapore office undergoes expansion, they are actively seeking a M&E Manager to join their team and contribute to the growth and success of their operations.

The Responsibilities:
\xe3\x83\xbbInterpretation of specifications, compliances, terms and conditions, drawings, and any other relevant document
\xe3\x83\xbbPreparation for tender clarifications, investigation of clarification response by communicating with relevant stakeholders
\xe3\x83\xbbAssist in preparation of presentation slide, technical write up for tender interview
\xe3\x83\xbbAttendance of tender interview
\xe3\x83\xbbPropose Value Engineering solution for MEP works
\xe3\x83\xbbAny other business, if required in the tender

Requirements

The Requirements:
\xe3\x83\xbbDegree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
\xe3\x83\xbbMinimum 10 years\' engineering experience in Building Construction projects
\xe3\x83\xbbStrong experience in tender preparation for building construction projects
\xe3\x83\xbbStrong technical knowledge in M&E works, planning capability and authorities\' compliance; adopt lean mind set to cost and resource management
\xe3\x83\xbbAble to effectively collaborate with all stakeholders to achieve good results in project delivery; strongly committed to accomplishing the established milestones and other deliverables
\xe3\x83\xbbProactive when solving issues and focused on strategic goals of the project
