About the Roles

We are hiring an M&E Project Coordinator/M&E Engineer for a furniture manufacturing and construction company located at Mandai Estate. This is a permanent, full-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30AM to 5:30PM. The role offers a basic salary along with

What You'll Be Doing

Plan and manage all mechanical and electrical activities on site. Review technical drawings and specifications, highlight discrepancies, and update the Project Manager. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to M&E works. Coordinate and verify shop drawings to meet project requirements. Supervise M&E subcontractors to ensure timely and accurate execution in line with contract specifications. Liaise with authorities, clients, and subcontractors on submissions, inspections, testing, and commissioning matters. Organize and lead coordination meetings to align stakeholders. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on progress, issues, and developments. Work closely with site teams to support smooth project execution. Coordinate M&E-related changes, ensure compliance with local regulations, and handle other assigned tasks.

What We're Looking For

A Diploma or higher qualification in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field. At least one year of M&E coordination experience in the Singapore construction industry. Ability to work independently with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with local codes, practices, and authority submission procedures is an advantage.
