We are inviting an experienced and self-motivated individual to join our fast expansion team as M&E Quantity Surveyor. In this role, you will play a critical role in managing and executing various aspects of M&E projects from initiation to completion.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Taking off quantities, pricing and preparation of tender submission
- Prepare Bills of Quantity
- Source for sub-contractors and suppliers, evaluation of price comparison and costing summary
- Analyze project specifications to recommend cost-saving measures
- Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control
- Monitor and keep track of project cost as per planned schedule and budget
- Measure and determine amount of work done at stages to evaluate progress and contractual claims by sub-contractors
- Assist in the settlement of final accounts with client, suppliers, and sub-contractors
- Carry out contract administration duties
- Diploma / Degree Holders in Quantity Surveying or equivalent from a recognized institution / University
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Be able to take instructions and work independently
- Good communications skills, able to interact with people of all levels
- Able to work well in a team
