Job Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment/installations and general inspections of the buildings, consistent with industrial practices and compliance to health and safety standards.
Fill out servicing reports and keep records on services that have been performed.
Attend to on-site M&E breakdown and emergency situation, and report/escalation of the incident to management/Call-centre.
Build and maintain relationships with customers including explaining issues with equipment and repairs to users.
Any other ad hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Nitec in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
Minimum 3 years' experience in operations and maintenance management of mechanical & electrical services in commercial buildings. Basic knowledge of VSD operation.
Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday when necessary.

Pay: Up to $2,600.00 per month
