Candidate must possess Mechanical/ Civil Engineering or M&E. Knowledge with AutoCAD, prepare Coordinated Services Drawing (CSD), penetration drawing and coordinate Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in aircon installation, servicing and troubleshooting fault. Familiar with project specifications and technical drawing discrepancies Hands-on experiences in installation, troubleshooting and/or repairs in air-con systems and mechanical diagnostic skills. Installs, tests and commissions air conditioner systems. Diagnoses for technical issues and provide on-site consultation Must be able to read technical drawings & basic knowledge on mechanical, electrical and building system. Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with subcontractors on technical matters Must be responsible for project delivery including engineering, coordination and site supervision Good communication and problem-solving skills. Attend, Conduct and Record the coordination meeting with all M&E team and other trade subcontractors Able to manage a team of worker for supervisor role. Supervise and inspect all M&E works and coordinate with subcontractors Working days from Mon - Sat. Must be able to work shifts, weekends and public holiday when necessary * Others ad-hoc duties as assigned.
