• Oversee the operations, maintenance, repair and implement improvement works to all M&E and building services and refrigeration systems.
• Checking & vetting of M&E drawings
• Oversee and ensure schedules and deadlines for events and installations works are met accordingly.
• Carry out inspections and test of mechanical and electrical equipment\xe2\x80\x99s.
• Ensure that all risk management measures are in accordance with requirements of the Workplace Safety & health (WSH) Act.
• Carry research, design and advised on mechanically functioning plant and equipment such as machine tools, engines, heating, ventilation and refrigerating installations.
• To study labor requirements, estimate cost of installations, operations, maintenance, and repair.
• Plan and supervise construction installation, operation, maintenance, and repair.
• To check completed work to ensure compliance with specifications and safety standards.
• Analyze situation and introduce improvement works, repair and rectification work to store.
• Oversee M&E operations, assist in renovation works and site-checking of M&E services
• Supervising the quality standard of contractors\xe2\x80\x99 work and ensure safety work procedures.

• Min ITE
• Knowledge of builders\xe2\x80\x99 work and minor carpentry, BAS System, plumbing and sanitary works, Fire Protection and Refrigeration system
• Preferably relevant working experience in shopping centers or buildings
• Applicants must be able to start work immediately or within short notice period.
