Job Description
Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor
Responsibilities:Assist Project Manager in Managing the sub-contractors
Assist to submit documents, materials and sample to main contractor
Supervise sub contractor\xc3\xa2\xe2\x82\xac\xe2\x84\xa2s M&E installation according to shop drawings, method of statements, approved material and monitor the progress of work
Read and check the M&E drawings together with archi and civil structure drawings.
Identify discrepancies between M&E, structural, ID, architectural and client provisions
Attend meeting with sub contractors/contractors/clients to address issues and update progress
To liaise and work with resident technical officer, sub contractors or main contractors on site coordinations
Organize, arrange, submit and attend the site inspections with sub contractors, main contractor and resident technical officer
Organize, arrange and carry out the testing and commissioning of M&E system
Requirements:
Diploma with 3-5 years of relevant experiences
Candidate with more than 10 years of relevant experience will be considered for Senior position
Preferably candidate with relevant working experience in the Construction Industry as M&E supervisor
Good working attitude and a team player
