- General servicing of the M&E system (Resort rooms and facilities)
- Repair, troubleshoot and maintenance of M&E system (Resort rooms and facilities)
- Response to daily rooms and facilities faults and rectify defects (aircon, electrical, hot water system, plumbing/blockages in pipes or drain lines)
- Repair & maintenance of rooms during preventive maintenance conducted twice a year.
- Daily pre-arrival room inspection to ensure in order before occupancy.
- Daily monitoring and recording of resorts\' utilities consumption and updating supervisor on any discrepancy.
- Minor painting works to Resort blocks and its\' facilities.
- Carry out own repairs to room\'s carpentry works i.e., Repair of bed fixtures, stools, dresser table!
- Support Duty Manager / Security daily in conducting night rounds in the 3rd shift.
- Any other works as assigned by AM / EM
