• Minimum ITE/ Diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge/hands on experience in Electrical / ACMV related works (M&E)

Responsibilities:

• Dealing with On-site Maintenance & Service works & co-ordination with sub-contractors on repair works.
• Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
• Attend to Emergency calls by Client.
• Assess the problems on site before reporting back to HOD.
• Carry out scheduled Maintenance & Servicing on electrical & mechanical systems & prepare the service report.
• Requires to be hands-on to carry out minor repair works.
• To carry out trouble-shooting and preventive maintenance on site.
• Assist in monitoring all work being performed by sub-contractors.
• Maintain the office store in order with proper documentation.
• Assist HOD to attend to Scheduled Annual Shut Down of Customers.
