JOB DESCRIPTION ADDITIONAL JOB DESCRIPTION App Developers work with global Apps and Games ecosystem, helping them grow and expand their business across each region. Our customers work within Gaming, FinTech, Retail, Food Delivery, and more. You will work with iOS and Android Apps and Games in Asia-Pacific to help them optimize their user acquisition strategy with Google Ads. You will deliver client engagements on data measurement and analytical consulting projects. Driving good measurement with advertisers will require designing tests (e.g., conversion lift, brand lift, attribution etc.) and doing research to help clients understand and improve the effectiveness of their advertising across digital platforms and across media. In addition, you'll be able to lead hypothesis-driven client analysis to surface actionable insights. Qualifications JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Advise Google clients on measurement best practices for marketing analytics and provide ongoing customer consultation on how to implement and scale best practices. Partner with internal and external product, research, data and measurement teams to deliver full measurement and data science solutions to customers. Own the measurement conversation for the team and lead client conversations and projects related to measurement. Scale measurement impact internally by upskilling App Developer business growth managers with analytical skills. Lead cross-functional efforts to build and scale solutions, approaches, and tools that allow for automation for faster delivery of insights to stakeholders or optimization of marketing campaigns. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 6 years of experience in strategy consulting, consultative sales, business media measurement/analytics, financial analysis, engineering, etc. Ability to speak and write in Korean fluently, to work with clients in the Korean market. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in cross-channel implementing and optimizing mobile app campaigns. Experience running Causal/Incrementality study to measure impact. Experience consulting with large enterprises to influence strategic changes in their resource and budget allocations. Knowledge in Apps or Web attribution ecosystem including third-party Attribution tools or analytical solutions and SQL. Ability to work with limited analytical guidance, gather data with actionable business insights, and work with large datasets. Ability to work cross-functionally, communicating clearly and presenting to executive leadership.
