RESPONSIBILITIES Follow disciplinary policies, rules and regulations Able to work in the chilled and frozen condition Cutting and trimming Cutting fish and seafood items Identify and perform different types of cuts Check quality and preserve product freshness Decoration and Display Understand various size of fish and seafood for packaging Check product quality and specification for packaging Decorate and display a variety of fish and seafood for packaging Packaging Understand various size of packaging tray To pack a variety of fish and seafood product To ensure complying packaging standard Pricing Understand various type of fish and seafood name Understand various type of fish and seafood code (PLU) Understand to operate auto pricing machine Distribution Prepare delivery basket for distribution Prepare and arrange stock for distribution. Cleaning and Sanitation Perform various cleaning action in the production area: Washing, Mopping, Sweeping and Cleaning QUALIFICATIONS Diploma/GCE ‘A’ level/ Higher NITEC/ GCE ‘O’ level Prior experience will have an added advantage Able to speak and read simple English Physically fit to lift heavy items and work in cold environments Able to work on weekends and rotating shifts Knowledge of meat preparation techniques and food safety Service-orientated, strong communication and a team player is a must OTHER INFORMATION Work location: 680 Upper Thomson Road 6 days work week Working hours: 7am - 3:20pm Please note that your application will be sent to and reviewed by the direct employer - FairPrice Apply Now Report Job
